Situated at the base of the iconic Palisades above Calistoga in northern Napa Valley, we steward 796 acres of natural splendor at our historic estate. First planted in the 1870s, the 17-acre Palisades Vineyard is head-trained and dry-farmed in the heritage style of Napa Valley. Our 50-year-old vines thrive in volcanic soil, on the rocky alluvial fields deposited by Horns Creek, producing wines with a distinct sense of place. In collaboration with winemaker Graeme MacDonald, who shares our appreciation for history and old vines, we are thrilled to announce the resurrection of our pre-Prohibition “ghost” winery with the launch of Palisades Canyon.
